That said, the drugs appear to have been the driving impetus behind the search warrant. If the entry was obtained improperly (aka any evidence is via "fruit of the poisonous tree") then the police have no drugs. If they have no drugs then they have no aggravating firearm charge. Hell, they may not even have a messy house to make negligence stick.

It does not matter. In that moment they had
A. A valid warrant for entry
B. A minor who is the only one communicating and is refusing entry
C. Non communicating adults somewhere in the house.

The child and absence of adults coming to the door is the exigent circumstance. They asked Nick for the code. He refused. He was not at the site to receive the warrant. The exigent circumstances involving minors give them more than enough leeway to force the door.

They don't have to count to 10. Or wait some imagined period. They don't have to wait for the uncooperative douchebag to arrive.

I mean yeah Nick can try and argue the point. But he's not going to win it. Where were the other 2 adults? What were they doing?

But I was curious if anyone thought that. I haven't followed him too close lately but I was wondering if there was any theories about who reported and I was doing my own theory crafting. So, what happened? How did Nick lose his status as a nexus of common sense, decency, and fairness, to the unrecognizable husk of the man he is now? I still think Vic's absurd court losses changed Nick in dark ways and created a schism between he and Ty Beard, but it wouldn't explain the current depth of degeneracy.

And for those who maintain that Nick was always like this and destined to end-up in a ditch somewhere, I just can't believe that. Maybe I'M being the village idiot, but I remember when Nick's career was firing on all cylinders. To have everything just disintegrate in a scant three or four years is beyond disheartening, especially when you factor in his five kids.

Nick didn’t like being a lawyer (hence he abandoned it), and after a while he didn’t even like being a lawtuber despite pretty much being the trendsetter of the genre. He says it in this video (Exhibit A):

The Nick Rackets we all respected was tired of reading legal papers, because it is indeed boring and takes a certain level of skill/work to make entertaining. What also takes a level of skill/work is having a healthy loving marriage which Nick was also bored of after being married for 20 years. So he convinced his wife who suffers from horrendous low self esteem (Exhibit B) that they should spice it up.

This led to Nick & Lady Rackets to go to a gay bar for Karaoke & “underwear parties” but most of all the infamous vacation in Jamaica called Hedonism. In addition Nick started having weird adult communities on Locals (or some other gay hugbox) and this lead to him having a deteriorating relationship with Null as Null constantly condemned the degeneracy (Exhibit C).

Null’s warning to Nick was of course 100% correct and by making things public blew up in Nick’s face. The most infamous of these was the “Balldo Review” (Exhibit D) but of course there was also the MANdy Fiasco (Exhibit E)

Nick took all of this ribbing and mockery the classiest way possible. By being a little bitch and whining constantly about Kiwifarms. He would start complaining to Null about the content of this thread and Null would respond by saying that he obviously cannot control the content of this thread. And then Nick just started lying and mocking Null and being a gigantic douchebag (Exhibit F) shows Nick’s bullshit where he’d pretend to love Kiwifarms but also would be happy if Russel Greer’s bullshit lawsuit ruined this place & legal copyright laws.

I’m struggling to add anything else to this post without making it TL;DR. I hope the time I wasted compiling this gives a decent overview remember this has developed over the course of two years.

You're a schizo bro. The people who know Rekieta aren't just Aaron and a bunch of Kiwi Farmers. We all figured out he was on drugs from the limited view we have on him through his streams. Just imagine all the people him and his huge family interact with daily. They all can figure it out too.
