I don’t think they’d let him represent her at trial but for the mostly administrative stuff now I think the court is okay with not having to track down someone to represent her before the holiday weekend.

Nick said he hasn't been allowed to speak to the other defendants so my guess is he's praying to be considered their lawyer thinking he can meet with them privately to get the stories straight. He didn't know one of his "clients" had already been released. They obviously need independent attorneys.
