I'm trying to think back to when the nosedive started and my imagination must be running wild because I'm starting to think that Amber Heard put some kind of hollywood satanic witch curse on Nick because literally EVERYTHING was going great up until the moment the Depp v. Heard case ended. And Nick was pretty much the ONLY one covering all the trial footage, which make sure there wasn't just a biased spin put about the ordeal put out by the media. Once the trial ended, all of a sudden, Nick was brought onto Infowars, got included in documentaries, locals chat started (and was infested with a bunch of BPD wine moms out of nowhere for reasons I still can't figure out) and suddenly Nick found himself with a bunch of money and opportunities to go live like a baller. It was probably just the money because that changes people, but regardless I'm pretty sure that trial's finale was the turning point and at the time it really seemed like if Nick was the only one who covered everything and had a modicum of responsibility for so many being on Depp's side during then.

If Nick doesn't back down, there is maybe a particular attorney where Nick lives that might take the case on a contingency basis. Very little effort or money for null on this. Even for the attorney, this would end up being almost a duplicate of the current case.

For Nick on the other hand, it would be incredibly expensive.

It really is kind of crazy how much attention from other lolcow communities Nick is starting to get. (Note that this guy, unlike Suprcrzy on YouTube, has indicated in the past that he doesn't visit the Farms, so this is more "organic" growth in awareness, if you will.)
 
The idea that Nick, an alleged lawyer, doesn't understand what the burden of prof is really speaks volumes to his lack of any understanding in his supposed profession. You can blame it on the booze if you like but considering that Nick has been making the statement that Monty is a child rapist over and over again, sometime even while sober (well at least as close to it as Nick gets), I'm going to air on the side that Nick is actually just that stupid.

Those of us who's brain's aren't turning to liquid shit in real know how retarded that question.
