Gonna have to turn down the promotion, the company would want me to work abroad a few months of the year and I can't do that to my wife and kids. I don't want to miss them growing up.

My "allies" and I divided up the Middle East into random subsections and countries with out understanding preexisting cultures and consulting the native populations. Now they're all killing each other and I left because the conflict didn't help me extract more raw resources. AITA?
