I'm non-religious. Balldo is gross. I can go on about my upbringing as a Christian and why I left and all, but it's not really the point. People regardless of religious status will find Balldo's antics to be disgusting and abhorrent. His Easter Sunday rant was nothing but sacrilegious drivel due to alcohol-induced wetbrain. I know The Bible quite well because I grew up religious and loved to examine religious text. I even have my mum's copy of The Bible that's older than I am. Balldo is a hedonistic fuckwit and his rant was nothing short of Satanic.

New Atheism is dogshit. It's similar to how feminism is perceived today, basically synonymous with leftism. Similar to leftoid feminists chasing out the naughty gender-critical centre-left and right TERFs, New Atheists chased out the ones that were not just critical of Christianity but (God no!) Islam as well. Burning The Bible is fine but God forbid a militant anti-theist does the same to the Quran or draw the Prophet. Slowly, they became more and more exhibitionist, because the older generation who would say "guys you're not helping our perception of being Godless immoral sex demons" were exiled for the crimes of Islamophobia and "racism".

Many older generation atheists and agnostics were religious scholars as well. They didn't visit r/atheism.
 
I see PPP as simply an entertainer, I don't care about his morality because to me, he never made his persona about being the upstanding, righteous and moral Christian man. He even said he's a horrible example of a Christian, no one should follow him, and he doesn't feel righteous due to his gluttony and grifting. There's seven deadly sins and he ate 10 of them, because he's FAT.

He's a lot of things but he's self-aware and genuinely funny. He's also knowledgeable regarding scripture. In the older PPP streams, he would cite scripture and explain the meaning. A full sermon tearing Balldo a new one would be funny.
 
I figured out reason no.436234687567 why Rekieta and his fans are pathetic.
When he is streaming alone, he gets gross-drunk. Slurring words, talking absolute nonsense, looking he's on verge of sliding down the chair, falling asleep, and choking on his own vomit.
BUT, when he is streaming with others like tonight, or when he is doing gay stuff with his butt-buddy Steel Toe, he's all amped up on stimulants, he's putting that white eyeliner on, using them whitening eyedrops, sometimes even washes his hair.

How disrespectful that is to his audience? He knows how to put on a show and look somewhat presentable and alive - but he only does it for his gay friends. But all his audience gets is a nasty unwashed greasy drunkard.
And yet, those fuckers keep paying him to get treated like shit, they are all suffering from battered wife syndrome, convincing themselves that it's fine, they deserve it, and that Nick will get better any day now.

I tune in randomly and Nick is railing against 50 Shades of Gray and women self fulfillment writing. And now he's drinking and talking about philistine foreskins in the bible while Gonsey looks very uncomfortable and immediately switches the discussion back to the book without acknowledging nicks points. Nick then leaves for his "bathroom and Rackets check" break.

It seems like this stream is quite boring in general but it is funny how quickly Nick will start talking about degeneracy without any context.

Well apparently Gosney did, in fact, write a new novel along the lines of 50 Shades but with a death penalty trial as the framing device, and it has a porny wine-mom bait cover, and he's rather proud of himself as I vaguely gather from the direction the stream has taken. So if Gosney expected to talk about his book without Nick spooging all over the stream, he hasn't been paying attention.
 
A fake Rekieta account (someone said it was cgoody) popped into Potentially Criminal's trial coverage on Easter. Sean's audience is a mixture of former Rackets fans and people that are actually interested in trial coverage but even the a-logs in chat that day gave a pity "lol" and even when the trial was a little dry there were still more people interested in talking about court stuff instead of making fun of Nick. Sad

Apparently the PG version, which he says is for people who are deeply offended by sex and violence, only cuts out like 15 pages and changes some of the language like "sex toy killer" too "jealously killer". It seems that if you're looking for a steamy violent romance you will be instead met with a significant amount of legalese and boring realistic trial scenes.

Edit to say that Gonsey mentioned he's going to use the PG version as a text book which furthers my thinking that the book is far more dry legal narratives than anything salacious and sexy.

That being said Nick could see a vaguely dick shaped tree and start salivating so Gonsey really did open himself up for coomer talk.

PPP is putting on a masterclass right now. I can hardly do justice, and he's not perfect in his actions as a Christian by any means, but he's doing such a great job at dissecting Nick's horrible anti-Christian attitude. Even Nick's shitty attitude about the singing at the service, PPP has a very mature response that has something to take away. It's a fine stream by them thus far.

You see that and think "Okay, what did this faggot do this time? We were just in the slow period, and now this."

It wasn't even that long ago that some people, including myself, were commenting on how Nick was starting to become boring. Well then he did the sequel to the swinger stream, and now tries to bash Easter on the holiday.

I completely agree that the Nu Atheists were/are worthless. Older atheists were mostly individualistic, intellectually curious, thoughtful people, whereas the Nu Atheists were mostly about clout, fame, riding a trendy cultural wave, and groupthink. I kept hearing about how brilliant their leaders were and finally decided to start reading The God Delusion. I couldn't believe how dumb and shallow the arguments and rhetoric were. Honestly, it was as bad, maybe worse than the same kind of religious apologetics books I'd grown up reading in my religious days. That's when I saw that nu atheism was just the secular mirror image of religious fundamentalism. And now it's been cannibalized by the religious cult of woke progressivism.

Hearty agreement. Much like Greer, he has his lulls in the lulz, but then I see the page count jumps, and I know it is going to be good!

Kind of weird. This lineup of 3 would have been an 'all-star' with nick at his peak (just post depp) but it's only garnering 1k, 200 below even his boring solo trump stream. Wtf even is his audience now? Also "maybe more"? Who did he send an invite to? The list would be interesting.
