I'm looking forward to designated court reporter Null's report on the call between Plaintiff Greer and Defendant Joshua Conner Moon's attorney Based Hardin.

My curiosity is mostly just in that we have the Ariana Grande trial as an example of how Russ gets majorly BTFO'd when face-to-face with an authority figure telling Russ he's full of it, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if his keyboard warrior's spirit is at least a little fiercer when he doesn't have to look the judge in the eyes as he's facing 20 questions on why his case is shit. I don't expect it to devolve into a shitshow, but a sideshow is still something I'd be interested in details on.

For reference, this is a classic post from when Russ truly believed he had just won $100 million because Taylor Swift didn't personally respond to his lolsuit and show up in a Utah court, which of course she didn't, because he repeatedly failed to serve her.

Probably right. Russell is incapable of agreeing a schedule for progressing the case. He doesn't seem to know what the elements of the task are. He's been ordered to do it by the Utah court, twice, and failed both times.

When he's in this position, the only thing he knows how to do is create chaos, hoping the original problem will get buried. He can't achieve that by dialling in and doing what he's supposed to do.

Fuckfaces case is so bad that had Null paid for a lawyer for him this would have been over years ago, just because of no tardshield (arguably some lawyers are as tarded but still ….)

For some reason...I think he'll call - late, but I think he might turn up. He knows it's coming, his strategy of steadfast inaction is proceeding masterfully, but I think...he just might not be able to resist the golden opportunity to eXpLaIn to the judge the complex nature of his position. Russell, I think, has always been very confident when it comes to direct contact as opposed to communiques by paper. Since he is, apparently, still invested in the suite, he might believe he can convince the Florida judge that the location change was just a giant typo or something. I think his impulsivity and his faith in his own eloquence might get the better of him, and if nothing else because doing the sensible thing and being a no-show sounds suspiciously like learning to me.

Which is a bad plan for him. He's the plaintiff. This can go away any time he wants.
