A 1.7 GPA translates to a <100 IQ (it's the high 70s, I calculated it earlier in this thread but we can be charitable and say 80ish). Some were skeptical (that his IQ could be this low, i.e. as low as that of the average African-American) but his behavior since I made that post has confirmed that he is a moron.
Would a moron not spend his time posting on X/Twitter denying indisputable reality and the same few sentences over and over like a broken chatbot? Only a cretin would (somehow) conclude that this aberrant behavior is achieving some worthwhile goal.
His plan to sue the MPD is similarly imbecilic as are his behaviors that have culminated in this grand plan, such as SWATing himself and stiffing Torswats.
It looks like he authored around two-thirds of the complaint document and the English composition, argument, and grammar are awful. I think it is highly unlikely that a graduate from even the shittest law school in the USA doesn't know how to use the word vindicate in a sentence. Vindicate is listed in the USA-prescribed vocabulary list for 10th graders. It fits that Patrick's vocabulary is below the 10th-grade level.
The author of (the bulk of) the complaint document also demonstrates an inability to reason using basic concepts such as necessity, sufficiency, and entailment. There is also an absence of conceptual distinction, i.e., things that belong in separate categories are lumped together. There is more but I think this is enough to make my point. There is both a sub-10th-grade vocabulary and conceptual grasp.
All of these deficiencies are consistent with an IQ that is around 80. Patrick's books shouldn't be used as the sole factor when assessing his vocabulary and intelligence. Those are written at his own pace and he can obtain grammar and composition help from his publisher or even an online third-party. The complaint for the civil lawsuit was most likely written under pressure and with a (vain) hope that his lawyer(s) would correct his writing as he has become accustomed to his publisher doing so. It looks like the lawyer(s) merely added to Patrick's original document and failed to closely scrutinize what he handed them. At most, they read through it quickly and when you do skim through it is superficially okay--save for the out-of-place figurative hyperbole.
The figurative hyperbole is itself a big pointer to Patrick because instead of merely being a rhetorical flourish to concrete and specific description it takes its place.
Close vetting of the complaint reveals many other--non-legal--problems that are difficult to plausibly attribute to a law school graduate. Documenting the results of a forensic reading of the document would be tedious to create and tedious to read (I'm supposing). Watch and wait. I am confident that my suspicion that Patrick has an IQ of around 80 will be
vindicated.

Has there been any Patrick soundboard trolling? This dude would be perfect for it, not only is the shit he's saying funny but he also repeats himself, a lot. If you only have one clip of someone saying something funny, the victim on the other side will catch on eventually that they're talking to a recording, there is less chance of that if there is 78 different NO CHILDS you can play at any point in time.
