The best part is that they almost did - he says that they warned him that his stay might be granted. I'm not sure why he would mention that fact, because it certainly doesn't help his case, but I guess he's just trying to impress upon the court that he is, in fact, a retard.
One of the funniest conclusions to this is that Greer loses the case and then sues DJF for some bullshit malpractice on the basis of them not representing him outside the appeals process, allegedly causing the case to be transferred to the Northern District of Florida. Greer will blatantly lose that case, but it would serve DJF right for representing a scumbag in order to change the law to the advantage of massive corporations.

Don't do this.
The ideal outcome would be for someone to quietly join in and record the call, post it here to great acclaim, then get drunk, facedox and post pictures of his meme pistols, before finally posting a photo of his proto-gunt while wearing nothing but a cowboy hat.
One of us could always just join the call with a name like 'Based Skordas,' get called out by the judge, and drop quietly.

At some point its up to the courts to finally shut the door on this guy. Relatedly, IDK what the point of kicking it to florida was if they immediately move to dismiss? Is it harder to appeal?

Now comes the doofus with motion to vacate

"it's not faiiiiir"

"i pwomise it won't happen again"
"bs granted"

I'm amazed that 5 year olds can get a paralegal degree

Greer is still litigating in the wrong court. He hasn't even acknowledged the Florida case. He is about to be dragged kicking and screaming into a FL status conference where he will no doubt continue to cry about going back to Utah, harassment and defamation. This shit is gold.

ETA: Reading through his latest motion(?) is not easy. A lot of gobbledygook and difficult to follow. Russel Greer is the hardship...and the headache.

Lmao, he uses the same tools as Melinda Scott.

So did his lawyers on the 10th. Almost like that isn't really hard.
This fucking neanderthal has done the incredible. He's made ralph with chatgpt look good.

He's fucking dumber than an AI. He could literally have called Hardin and received an answer for fucking free, and also complied with the court's order to communicate. HE COULD HAVE READ THIS THREAD.

Every time I think I've locked down FFWBT as the king of idiots, Russ comes up with something new. I'm still team fats all the way (Russ has now mentioned FFWBT but FFWBT has never mentioned Russ).

As a non-lawyer. I'm pretty sure the court has free reign when one party doesn't respond within it's powers. If he would have written any argument about this motion, this would have been prevented.

:story: this wasn't some crazy legal argument Hardin made for moving venue. All you had to do is make a simple motion, but your laziness and ignoring the court handed him a massive W. Good luck on getting those copyright lawyers to pick up your case for free again on appeal.

i just noticed that in yesterdays cope memorandum, russ included this piece of 'evidence' lol

no specific context, i just found it funny that fatrick was brought up in this seemingly at random
I love that, even granting him the idea that the threads are "stalking" in the first place, this still does him no good because stalking/harassment have zilch to do with his copyright infringement case. Nor does it go towards it being necessary to extend his time limits/send it back to Utah/whatever else he really really needs. So two retards are being stalked and harassed, that doesn't prove it's happening to you and therefore you need an extension on filing any motions whatsoever.

Greer should hire Patrick S. Tomlinson, as his new legal representation:
"No balif child, this was not determined to be the wrong courtroom. Enjoy prison!"

"Plaintiff assumed since the motion was asking to reverse the venue change, that the conferences would be paused by way of determining whether the case was moving back to Utah…because again, going back to question 1: why would he attend conferences in a court that he was trying to move a case out of?"
