Are they 9's or 10's?

I can see the Greer case actually prompting Thomas to ask a question during Oral Arguments. "What The Fuck?"
Is there any chance they might want to do oral arguments just to openly pick apart and discuss how this case is so fucked up it would've made the top ratings slot if it was on Judge Judy?

Maybe back when the Court was taking 150+ opinions each term and putting out shorter, quicker opinions. Now that they take 50 or so, and spend weeks laboriously writing intricate opinions, there's no way they'd do something so entertaining.

Why Florida again? What's in Florida?
I'm a little hazy on how the change of venue thing is chosen and triggered.
Because Russ sued Null and "KiwiFarms a Website" which is not a legal entity capable of being sued. He obstinately refused to correct it to Lolcow LLC the company. And it just burned him.

Null's domicile of record, when he is not working abroad, is Florida. Null is a legal resident of Floria. While Lolcow LLC is registered in West Virginia. Russ didn't sue that entity. No parties in this lawsuit have any appropriate legal connection to Utah.

Thus off to Pensacola it goes, may God have mercy on their souls.

They are very prestigious. The Fremantle judge wasn’t a 9 or 10 if I recall.
The Freemantle lawyer was an 11, jusy on how she slapped Russ around.

Sorry, but I've just started catching up on this thread. Why is Null being described as a pro se defendant in the court's order? Isn't he still being represented by Hardin? Was this a mistake on the court's part?
Yes it's a mistake, apparently these are pretty common and a steady source of amusement for those legally inclined.

He is really fucking up by not covering stuff like this. I can understand not wanting to cover certain cases because they can be kind of boring but this case is really entertaining.
He doesn't do legal analysis any more. His brain is completely pickled and his legal opinions are entirely based on who he's seething at. He thinks it's okay to trespass and vandalize property if it's Nigger Comic Guy who he hates because he's Diddler Dax's attack dog, and Diddler hates Eric July for being black and not letting him suck his dick, and because his sidekick Vito the Pedo is on a jihad against him. It's literally that incomprehensibly stupid.

What he does now is scream at ceiling cats, twitch, and lurch around gurning and coping.

Anyway tl;dr Nick in his current condition has absolutely less than zero to contribute to the situation.

Oh. Thank you for the explanation.

2024 Nick is what you get when you use Polymerization on 2018 Nick and Daniel Larson.

Null's domicile of record, when he is not working abroad, is Florida. Null is a legal resident of Floria.
Well, he's currently a legal resident of wherever he is residing, but he is a domiciliary of Florida, meaning it is his permanent home state to which he intends to return at some point. They're separate terms with very close meaning, but in a legal context should not be treated as identical. It is better to use "domiciliary" in this case because it is more precise, as one can be a resident of a location where one is not a domiciliary.
In this move over to Florida, Null has just played the kids game of Crack the whip, and all Russ can do is hold on for the ride.
I like to think of it as Smear the Greer.

Yes. Apparently even in federal court, lolsuits by lolcows are legally required to be tried in lolcourts by loljudges.

Russ if you file anothrr motion to reopen the case in utah you might convince them! Keep spamming the clerks inbox!
