He explained that her body will naturally grow hair and her voice will get deeper, but if she doesn't want that to happen he can help her through medication. She asked if it would be a shot (she hates needles, as most kids do) and he said either a shot or an implant. She did not like this answer and said just take the puberty". He left it alone, after saying that we can continue talking about it and see how she feels in a few years. Fast forward to shower time last night; daughter asked me about puberty and explained that girls born with a vagina and girls born with a penis experience different body changes during puberty. I explained the growth of body hair in specific places and boobs and voice changes (all as age appropriate as possible).
