Ciel is like the imaginary friend that Sophie had as a kid. IRL what would have happened is that without Ciel to burn Steve's retinas with his eye lasers and protecting Stephie, Steve punched Sophie and pulled down her pants, and saw teh girldick. He blushes and runs away.
