I know that house smells crazy. 300k must be for just the land, and even that's pretty generous. With so many dead alpacas and years of amhole drippings, the water there is probably pretty stagnant. The power situation probably needs to be completely reworked. Would it be possible to set up a natural gas line and a 24kW Generac or something?

it would depend on the nearest natural gas lines to branch out from. if the solar system is largely ok, with some shortcomings, a 1K gallon LP tank can run a whole house generator for a couple weeks with no other support. If you lined up a few big lp tanks and had a functional solar system, you'd just need a refill a couple times a year. Unlike gasoline, LP doesn't really 'go bad' either, so if you end up not needing it much and the stuff sits in the tanks for upwards of 5 years, it's still good.
