In the post @Southern Belle found here, he claims to be born with both bits. This feels like such a lie.

Seeing as he's also pretending to be half his real age, I don't doubt that the intersex/Turner syndrome story is fake too. To him it's likely an easy way to get attention on the online and I imagine he goes ballistic if anyone dares question him having it.

"This is what you gotta do. You pay for me and the geek . . . I mean genius . . . to stay in Santa Ana. I'll keep an eye on her. Of course, you'll have to pay for both of us.
"Oh, and the contract? Yeah, we have a special one. No talking, no standing, and especially no touching! If you touch her, there's a huge penalty and she gets to beat the crap out of whoever does it. I'll fax it to you."
I don't see any company anywhere choosing this freak and his performing monkey-dragon over any one of 10,000 H1B visa guys.

That "fiction", jfc. And here's me thinking that years in the Supernatural and Harry Potter fandoms, and wide and admittedly sometimes suspect interest in hentai had rendered me bloody close to being immune to being freaked out by pretty much anything.
This whole thing about him working professionally in an office is suspect as hell given how profound his alleged disabilities are, and his need for what's effectively a full time nanny. I can absolutely see him holding down a programming job working from home, but given that he's violent and unpredictable to others and routinely self harms as well, I can't see how any employer could take him on without their insurance company freaking the fuck out and his co-workers refusing to go near him because he's frightening, dangerous and quite literally smells like shit. You'd have to be almost as disturbed as he is to have him less than four kilometres from the office at any one time. It's nothing shy of begging for fatalities and/or a massive lawsuit.

I really, really doubt he's as low-functioning autistic as he says he is. While there are many disabilities where somebody may not be able to speak or articulate words but can still write effectively and clearly, somebody with low-functioning autism at the level that he claims to have is really, really unlikely to be as articulate as he is.
tl;dr if you can write extensive posts justifying smearing shit all over the walls, you're probably high-functioning enough to not be smearing shit all over the walls
