I'm going to throw in the Oregon coast. It's cool but not snowy. The "Cities" have good Internet. There's only two over-woke counties(Lane and Lincoln), the rest mostly actually working people.

I'd almost suggest Tillamook, not for the cheese though.

Maybe Coos Bay/North Bend. Almost has a usable airport, getting more usable shopping, unsure about the cheese situation.

I'd live on the coast if I could afford a place with an ocean view, but instead I live inland. Which I recommend avoiding, at least from Portland down I-5 to Eugene due to politics. Also it gets hot as balls here.
