At the time it was mocking the blame Mignogna’s opponents were placing at Nick for jeopardizing the case by merely talking about it. This was a reasonable response based on how Nick was at the time, and the fact that Ty hadn’t had the opportunity to torpedo his own case at that point. I haven’t bothered checking to see if he’s still selling the shirt since they lost the case, but at the time the opinion everyone had was it was a slam-dunk easy case.
