Tiny correction: I didn't confirm the car but that Buffalo Dan was in the car crash using the name, city and county that Balldo's Gate posted. When I searched the Texas DOT system with Buffalo's Dan personal info it came up with the car crash ID that

It proves 100% that "Mandy's" accident is Dan's. Good job.
That may not even be him. Could be a friend of his, even an online friend that knows what he's doing. Though, that drawing is very troonish.
Based on the timing of him finally providing "evience" this is my assumption as well. People keep trying to find manly traits in the voice/picture while ignoring the fact that it doesn't matter anyway because him just happening to finally provide evidence around the holidays when he would presumably be surrounded by family/friends is suspicious as hell already.
When Balldo's Gate was putting this together in DMs, I opined that "Mandy"
might be working in conjunction with somebody. If I recall correctly, when DSP was catfished, it was by a male and female duo.
I think it's entirely possible the picture isn't necessarily of Dan himself. Hell, he could have paid a crackwhore $5 to hold up a piece of paper in front of their face. That's not that complicated of a ruse to pull off.
I mean,
OBVIOUSLY Dan is not above using pictures of other people. Then again, it could also be Dan in drag, or they are an ugly troon. I don't think well know unless and until we can find a picture of Dan and autistically match hands.
It doesn't matter though because, in the end, unlike last time, "Mandy's" picture didn't really play into the equation here. What cooked Daniel's goose was when Joe showed their number on stream.

I don't think you need to worry about being sued. Neither Dan, nor Nick's social standing have a pot to piss in.
It has more to do with the general principle you don't want to depict speculation as fact on the Farms, if you can help it. To that end, Balldo's Gate is a man of integrity for providing that warning. I appreciate it. Fortunately, his speculation was proven 100% correct, so it's not necessary anymore.
