Actually, all forms of pornography are illegal in South Korea, including drawn. SK has some pretty fucked laws in general, though the specifics are unimportant as this guy lusts after real children either way.

He used to post his artwork on alt.games.nintendo.pokemon.hentai starting back in 1999 or so. I think every binary post he made has been deleted from any Usenet archives that exist, but you can still find most of the remaining text posts. One of the last posts he made was in August 2003 (A), long after the newsgroup was dead, where he accidentally left his powerword in the "From" field. (The following screenshot is from a downloadable Usenet text archive, one of the only sources that has posts with unredacted email addresses. It also looks like he got this particular post nuked from Google's Deja News archive.)



The earliest direct proof is this old reply (A) to one of his first image posts from late 1999, where the quoted message includes his Usenet software's organization, AURiOL Productions.



Searching for "Auriol Productions" returns two relevant results: a landing page (A) with a static image and nothing else, and this archive (A) of a deleted Wikipedia entry from 2010 about a Flash cartoon named Anything Can Happen on the Moon, created by Peter Murray Hill.



I'm pretty sure he's still in his late 30s, but it's been so long that I can't remember much about him, except that he already had e-thots on IRC trading him nudes for Pokemon artwork way back in 1999.
