By that standard, any footage from the wars in MENA should qualify, People have a right to footage and other archive materials that provide an accurate and enduring account of history. They can’t actually make him do anything as he’s protected by the 1st Amendment. This is only meant to put him in a position where he has to protect antisemitism. If he does, it’ll be tricky for his lawyers to fight lawsuits on the premise of libel and damages specifically citing him supporting antisemitic speech on the platform.

Democrats usually defend censorship by saying the 1st Amendment only protects speech from government intrusion; a corporation censoring the people is just fine. I wonder what their defense will be now that the government is blatantly interfering with free speech.
