The word Eric actually means to use is "impartial".

What's interesting is that Nick isn't catching on to this and is going full lawyer brained.

It's obvious Nick wasn't impartial when he initially mischaracterized the whole drama Vito and Dick have initiated with Eric.

Dick was obviously trying to screw around with someone's business no different than what Dong Gone has tried to do with the forums. It's not a difficult concept to grasp when Dick told Eric on that stream that it wasn't a fraud and then went on Twitter to claim Eric is involved in fraud.

And somehow, Nick doesn't understand this.
 
Eric is clearly making the point that giving JuJu the benefit of the doubt isn't "being objective," because it's not rational to think Juju was acting in good faith. Whether he was or not isn't a 50/50 chance. You'd have to be a fucking retard to take JuJu at his word. I don't understand why Nick is dying on this hill, and honestly I don't think Eric is smart enough to see through it.
