Competent medical professionals generally abide by the WPATH guidelines.
However, general concepts of personal liberty allow people to do whatever they want with their own money, and therefore, there are "informed consent" clinics where people basically just buy whatever they want and do whatever they want with it.
Whatever I personally think about the wisdom of people who bypass medical knowledge and do this (lol morons), I am in general agreement people should be allowed to do what they want with their bodies.
It doesn't mean Alex is a fox though. He isn't. He's insane. And a moron. Plus odds are good once he dies he will go tongue-punch Satan's asshole in hell.
