They wouldn't the first time but if its a repeated thing it should be on record.
After the first time they get called out the guy getting SWATed explains the situation to them and they make a note of it for future calls.
Obviously this isn't as easy if its someone that live in a big city with a lot more cops that could be responding but in the case of smaller departments its shouldn't be a problem for the local juridiction to have a record.
It seems to be what guys like Jim and Rekieta did, they get SWATed and it seems to be a case of them being away from the camera for a couple of minutes.

I think these videos are a good insight into how things will go if Pat decides to kill someone that Jackie faildoxed as a troll. (The first video I posted here a long time ago, but I think it is worth bringing up again, and I recommend people watch both vids, it’s really uncanny how reminiscent bald dude is of Patrick.) The silver lining is that there would undoubtedly still be plenty of milk if he goes behind bars.

You know, it never occurred to me previously that this is why he always engages with anyone, via text or on social media, no matter what they say. It allows him to perpetuate the narrative in his head that he's such an alpha chad specimen of a man, so definitively the paragon of dangerous masculinity and artistic capability, of course all these atalker children harass him!

Probably someone else already pointed that out (a few times) but I hadn't put that together myself until just now.
