I do not agree with "apolitical" and "undecided" being the same category.
Someone living in a religious sect who actively avoids the news and government and abstains from voting may be apolitical.
Someone who guzzles news and doesn't know if they should be a neoconservative or a radical liberal, who has strong opinions and posts on /pol/ all day long may be "undecided."
These groups should not be lumped together. Especially if part of the point of the census is trying to figure out what portion of the forum is highly politicized.
As such, I refuse to answer. I'd otherwise say apolitical though.
