That might be also true, but I am convinced they do this shit with malice.
I hate how this in particular rationalizes hugboxes, as any critique in any way, shape or form, has a chance of making someone kill themselves, so you'd better say nothing at all, ever.
 
I imagine there is a nervousness stirring around the potential legal or reputational blowback that might result from those varied underhand and unsuccessful attempts to drive this site offline. A narrative is being constructed. As a result I think that we can expect to see more of these articles. I would be interested to know whether the impetus for this piece originated in-house, or is the result of someone with vested interests contacting one the useful idiots who they keep on file (the useful idiot in this case would be you, Nitasha).

As someone who was also at one time, a dumb as fuck print journalist, I can confirm that, within what can very loosely be described as the trade, broadsheet writers are the absolute worst. (I quite liked some of the tabloid reporters. They at least harboured no illusions regarding what they were). Incredibly the profession has worsened since I left.
 
At this point won't this just be another nothingburger? Even libfags don't give a shit about this stuff anymore, the fatigue is real. People are more worried about affording rent and food not some fucking website that laughs at retards. These clowns don't realize the fucking circus has moved on.

Jewsh, why not take this opportunity to straighten out the record a bit, give them a bit of insight in how this is all being held together. I'm sure she'd love to hear about how once per month we all collate and perform a ritual sacrifice of a transgender colored sheep, wherein you plunge an arcane dagger into it, collect it's blood in a sippy cup and pour it onto your router. If more people knew that keeping websites live was as easy as black magic, they may surrender.
 
I was curious where else she has worked. She is an ex-BuzzFeed News employee. Speaks for quality of her work, I suppose, or lack thereof.

Sure,but going further with this they ignore any issues violating any sense of journalistic integrity they might believe in. Not to mention it encourages those certain groups to do of more of the same.
One thing is not reporting terrostic acts of violence to limit their spread, the other giving a green light to any group with such special protection to continue their behavior because "YOU CAN'T JUST SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM".
Even recently, troons were defending that trans shooter because it's the society which was at fault, by no means the mentally ill person.

Proud of modern journalists to have taken the paycut from their McDonald's gig to write amoral propaganda as the unskilled mouthpieces of the elite who wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire. She sends an email.askong for comment literally a day before its published. This means the article has already been written and they want to either justify "We reached out for comment but did not hear back" line in the article, or else find a choice quote to put out of context.

You are never going to set the record straight in a publication like the Washington Post. It's a quasi state run entity that exists for the sole purpose of manufacturing consent and writing citations for lies in wikipedia.
