to be fair to pat, repetitive questions are a staple of our society. when you buy a gun and fill out the form, you have to answer No to at least two questions that outright ask if you're going to commit a crime with it.
I'm going with the theory that Nikki went to her mom for help after Pat submitted his insane Fatifesto and they hired a lawyer last minute and just went around Pat. In Wisconsin the spouse is equally on the hook for debts so Pats childish stubbornness isn't just fucking him its fucking Nikki too, if it wasn't the SFWA I think the family realized Pat is just dragging Nikki through the shit too and decided enough is enough.

This is the most likely scenario. After Fatso retained a lawyer, and the attorneys got to talking, Quasi's attorney likely explained that if Pat wanted to continue being a stubborn deadbeat who would rather sit in jail than pay a debt, then Niki and her business is next in line. At that point Lynne wrote a check. It wouldn't surprise me if the pests discover a Craigslist ad or something offering a familiar-looking half a house for rent.
Don't forget his Narcissism requires Fat to have the last word, which is why his Xitter timeline is overloaded with countless iterations of telling stalkers to Enjoy Prison. (Has someone shooped that into the Coca-Cola logo yet?)

The fact she hasn't already divorced him is astounding to me. He got her on the hook for retard money. Tens of thousands of dollars of his retard debt. And then she had to humble herself and grovel, as a grown woman, to her own parents for help with a problem created purely by her retard husband. It's telling that Patrick has several times mentioned that atalker childs don't deserve honesty. the more I think of it the more I realize you guys are right, if he saw even a blurry vision of himself and had even the bare minimum of self reflection he'd lose his shit. His ego is the thread holding himself together.
