I remember when the motherfucking allegations first came to light many of us including me couldn't believe Chris would do this of his own volition. Many blamed Isabella Loretta Janke and her ilk for putting Chris up to it or even that Barb herself had manipulated Chris into it. Chris had always been uncomfortably close with Barb but even he seemed to be able to draw a line despite being retarded so many were quick to suspect gayops. We may never know how Barb herself responded to all this but I think it's clear from Chris's subsequent actions that there is no point trying to shift the blame away from him.

Which specific actions? I haven't been keeping up with Chris that closely since his arrest.

I don't think he was coerced into fucking Barb. My main point of contention is the extent of her mental capacity at the time and how much of a willing participant she was.

Iirc, Janke was keeping that info to herself because she was planning on using it to blackmail Chris into suicide. It was that other girl (who I think wasn't even a troll, but rather another person trying to legitimately help Chris) that revealed what was going on.

You can't do a rapekit unless the victim consents to the test. It's entirely in character for Barb to refuse to be examined, either because of a misguided wish to protect Chris or (more likely) because she's always been incredibly stubborn.

Good God, the form on the 1st page says Chris was arrested on the 1st of August 2021.

Has it really been that long? I still remember Ralph hollering in his piggy way as the cops took Chris away.

That is the best part of this dismissal. Janke got expelled from school over this. She will forever be known as the person who tried to legally entrap a mentally unstable person into admitting he banged his mom, only to have the guy walk and have the case dismissed.

This is why you should never try to troll Chris. The weens never learn.

This is easily the most amusing part of the story. Someone tried whole heartedly to harm Chris's well being and wound up damaging their own life more than they could've shook him, by a wide margin. You couldn't make this shit up, writers fantasize about penning these narrative twists and turns.

Ah, thanks for reminding me. She did get the confession on audio, but for her own ween purposes and would have kept it hidden. I still shudder if the other girl didn't alert people or if Chris never got asked he would keep doing it
