In a rather hilarious turn of events I think the posters of this thread might appreciate Matthew Vickers, Ethan Ralph orbiter and grandfather to Ralph's son Xander, filed a lolsuit in where he names Ethan Ralph and Does 1-50 as the defendants. He alleges that they called him a fat clout chasing retard so many times on twitter that he has developed nerve pain along with other unspecified physical and psychological damages resulting in permanently disability. He is suing for the rent they refuse to pay despite having lived in his head for years.

Ralph was served with a lolsuit alleging the same shit when he went to Miami and burned the bridge with Spicolas Fuentes, so I'm assuming he just added the Does to that. It may not have been filed yet if it's a new lolsuit as Matt is a homo with tons of capos who leak shit and do his other assorted bidding.

I think Pat has really convinced himself, through a combination of arrogance, Dunning Kruger stupidity, autism, and stubbornness that he's really going to be able to just spin Sosnay (the guy he called an "illegitimate authority") a sob story and have the case he's already lost relitigated.

That he's at for showing contempt to the Judges instructions, stonewalling the debt examination he agreed to and doing everything including leaving the fucking country on holiday, to make himself inaccessible to be contacted to sit down and show his finances.

This is probably the most accurate description of the manchild I've read so far. He is not so much "stupid" in the traditional sense but, I would say it is far far worse. Stupid people and ignorant people are capable of knowing their limits, they know if they are terrible at math they should probably avoid a career requiring a high proficiency in math. Fatty, has an absolutely terrible grasp of the US legal system but, he is going to do his best Perry Mason impression Thursday morning. Is it relevant he has already failed miserably in a court of law? Was he was demonstrably proven to have a terrible understating of US civil courts? Supposedly Sosnay is not one to fucked with, at least that's how people talk about him here. I am not an attorney I have very little experience in court but, in my experience judges are very impatient, do not take kindly to being told how to run their court and they will not hesitate to interrupt people if they don't care for whats being said. Now, you cross that with Fatty's obsession to run the world, lecture people and be a general arrogant faggot, it's going to get interesting. Contrary to Pats interpretation of the universe, this hearing isn't about who's right, this hearing is about why fatty made promises to pay for the damage he's done and never made good on those promises.

He looks like such a nice old man, like he's somebody's grandad but, you never fuck with a judge, you will not win.

Yes, same, I used to think he was just pretending the entire thing wasn't happening, but now I think he actually is hoping for a night in a cell. He wants to be a martyr, I think that he's got the idea in his brain that he's going to be able to turn this into a big crowdfunding opportunity for himself, just like one of his idols, Keffals.

You can see this when he squeals at the cops. Most people losing their temper and screaming and even swinging a punch at the police expect to have their outburst met with a powdered orbital bone and a night in jail, no matter how righteous their cause. He thinks he was completely justified to have a tantrum because of the ridiculousness of being swatted so many times, but really he should have caught a beating by now if that’s how he acts towards police checking on him for his safety.

This judge could be the sweetest grandpa in the world, or a heartless hardass, but either way I get the feeling Pat’s run out of judicial sympathy passes. Rick can act so weary and put upon and persecuted, but this hearing is truly not an avenue to relitigate his stalker child victim paradox. It is the time and place to explain why he hasn’t paid up. That’s all. Sosnay will probably cut him off, tell him to shut up, tell him his life story is not relevant, might even insult his intelligence or ask Pat if he think’s he’s stupid. If Hon. Sosnay catches attitude at all, he might decide to slap Pat with contempt. Judges have a lot of cases to get through each day and don’t have the time of day to listen to your excuses. Further, they don’t even have to pretend to care, and often relish their power to do so.

Even with Patrick acting his most cowed and compliant, scraping and groveling, he’s not going to have his chance to tell the judge his sob story. Can’t wait for the transcript, AI is all we need to breathe his piggy style into it.
