Two possible counterpoints:

- Null doesn't have a contract with Rumble. Maybe Rumble puts an accelerator on view counts / live users counts on specific creators for marketing purposes. It might look bad (especially to investors) if the new acquisition who's been recently banned can't get anywhere near the same numbers on Rumble.

This particular behavior is consistent with Rumble counting incoming initiated connections as viewers, too, but that particular method of counting will vastly inflate viewer numbers. As you move between cell towers, that's often a new connection. When you switch from wifi to data, that's a new connection. When you close the tab for a second and re-open it, that's a new connection. When your internet drops briefly, that's a new connection. This goes on and on, resulting in huge inflation.
