That meme is horrifying and an extreme example, but in principle I agree with it.

Playing with "girly toys" doesn't make you a girl. Cooking and homemaking doesn't make you a woman. Becoming a hairdresser or fashion designer doesn't make you a woman either. And getting a fake vagina also doesn't make you a woman.

A man still should not get vaginoplasty for the same reason he shouldn't drink and drive, or do any fucked up destructive thing. That has nothing to do with whether he's a man or not.

Men should be able to do literally anything under the sun, confidently, as a man. Some of those things are highly inadvisable, but you're still doing them as a man.
