at the time, i didn't have any other way of articulating 'good-natured but provocative banter between friends that isn't actually that' at the time so i just settled for saying 'enjoy prison is bantz that isn't actually bantz' because fatrick is anything but good-natured and there's no banter when it comes to him, only a lot of agitated squealing.

Someone should teach him about the Spanish Civil War, and what happened when the "left" got violent.

Joe was an infinitely more fun cow than Patrick. The thing with Patrick is, most of the time he's extremely boring and predictable, You just poke at him and he spits out some variation of "No, stalker. it isn't. No, stalker. They aren't. Enjoy prison". Almost like someone tried to create the most hateable chatbot on earth. The thing that makes Rick worth sticking with as a lolpig is that his failures tend to be spectacular when they do happen. The Apostlegate saga, the Lappening, the failed lolsuit, A Christmas Carnage - they don't come around that often but when they do, they provide some of the highest quality lolmilk there is to be found.
Joe on the other hand, was consistently entertaining. There was barely a week that would go by without him doing something hilariously stupid, whether it was taking some bar owner onto People's Court because he cancelled Joe's band, or trying to infiltrate the subreddit as a 15 year old who "doesn't know dick about the internet", or congratulating himself on his new diet publicly before he'd lost a single pound. Towards the end of the subreddit, he was having full blown meltdowns almost daily, posting huge essays about how not bothered by us he was.
There's also the fact that Joe wasn't even in the same universe of hateable as Patrick. Joe is just a typical Trump supporting dumb boomer whereas Patrick might be the most hateable person on earth. Being exposed to him for too long is like staring into the abyss. A very fat abyss.

Also Hitler was treated with kid gloves and released early because he and his men were the only ones able to put a stop to the actual terrorism the communist dogs were causing on a daily basis in Germany at the time.
