The Moser study is laughably bad. Unrepresentative tiny convenience sample (n=29), no MtF control group, intentionally misleading questionnaire. It's junk science propaganda.
The idea that women experience AGP was finally definitively debunked in a study last year by Bailey and Hsu. Presumed AGP men scored significantly higher than women, and presumed non-AGP men as well, on Blanchard's Core (Anatomic) AGP scale:

Seriously emotion is not "created" by the brainstem, but by the limbic system, a vast network of structures mostly in the cerebral cortex and subcortical nuclei. Emotion is anything but primitive. As for erection, it is due to a reflex arc involving the sacral nerves. The supraspinal modulations of erection is poorly understood but it is thought that erotogenic information is integrated in the thalamus and the hypothalamus. Recently learned of one case in a book group about that particular genre. Apparently, a TIF made a post bitching about there being too many women writing heterosexual Omega stuff.

Kennedy allegedly said he molested one of the victims while babysitting in October 2017. That female one-year-old was molested on the genitals during a diaper change.
In 2022, Kennedy worked as a licensed behavior technician at the Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center for pediatric patients. There, he allegedly molested two more young children, preying on victims assigned to other staff to minimize suspicion. One victim was allegedly molested during a diaper change, while another had been molested under the guise of a tickle session. Kennedy allegedly told police one of the victims was nonverbal and the other was only semi-verbal. A mother of one of the autistic victims told local media she observed behavioral changes in the nonverbal child following the sex abuse.
Court documents say Kennedy told police it felt like "Christmas" when he was molesting one of the child victims at the therapy center.
