I'd probably chuckle to myself and ask him if he wanted me to watch his Pooners for him till he got out, but Id rather have him in the mens room than in the womens room, at the end of the day a guy has to piss somewhere, and its not illegal to dress like a faggot, just ridiculous.

I (female) have started scanning any public restroom I enter with the intention to linger longer than necessary if I see a man in a dress and/or kids, so they've all left before I leave. I can't in good conscience risk leaving children/teens isolated with one of them. There've already been attacks on girls in public toilets in the UK, so it's not without precedent (archive).

Honest question: What should a guy do if he sees a pooner walk into a multi-use men's restroom?
My thought? I'm not going to kick her ass (although she likely could use one or could have used one or more when she was a dopey teenager), I probably would grab her by the collar (of her baggy, oversized hoodie) and escort her back to the entry/exit way.
If it's a single-use lavatory and if I really have to go, I will physically prevent her from using the room meant for me, or if she's already in it, she will be made a spectacle of when I give her an earful.
(N.B. If a non-pooner dame needs to use a multi-use gent's because of a long queue for the ladies', I'm cool with that, because I have empathy. No empathy for any woman who prevents me from using a single men's room just because the ladies' is occupied.)
