Yeah he used to live in Texas and I'm pretty sure from what I remember he grew up there. It took me a little while to recognize the voice but halfway in, I could tell exactly who it was based on the way they were making the threat and how they sounded. Tommy has done stuff like this before with sending people threatening voicemails.

would you like to meet in the federal courthouse in tucson on monday? this is a business offer in a sense. i have been telling addy claure at AMB for years that i would be happy to play into their crap if they made it worth my while. i'm making the same offer to you. if you refuse the offer, i will continue to press for a criminal investigation into the enterprises of both boards. i have already been contacted by several of your other victims and there are apparently numerous complaints at IC3 and local agencies. i have not filed mine yet. your response here will determine whether i do or not.

it is not the first amendment that is protecting you from prosecution. it's the lack of teeth in state laws to prosecute out of state offenders and lack of manpower to apply at the federal level to a pack of mentally ill misinformed media consuming morons like this who are harassing people more fucked up in the head than themselves.
