Also, that video isn't a "blogger" bragging about nerve gas; he's a drone-unit soldier making a joke about needing to keep their ork vaccinations/medicine in the freezer, like antibiotics are kept.

As for the drowning troop, he couldn't get up because:

A. His freezing body was riddled with shrapnel, including his head; which does wonders for mobility.
B. That was a deep, flooded trench; not a shallow 6" deep creek.
C: He had too much reserve buoyancy on his torso. Plate carriers & load-bearing vests trap a LOT of air in them when submerged, even with steel or ceramic plates (if he was even wearing real plates). And nevermind he was still wearing that helmet, which definitely don't get any lighter or float when waterlogged; especially if it was the type with a foam suspension system instead of web.
