This is a mad theory about who cheated on Staph, but Lisa Marie Presley recently died, and I'm wondering whether her ghost hooked up with MJ in the afterlife. I would fucking love this to be the case, but I don't believe it is, as she distanced herself from him after she got called out for grooming kids whilst pretending to be him. But her recent fan fic where MJ and Ramirez cross paths has made me wonder if Staph's love for MJ has been resparked. I still have yet to read that fan fic because I need to gather an audience to read it to, because I can't cringe alone. I skimmed it and saw some attempts of phonetic dialogue.
Another theory is that the cheater is Jeff, but maybe she's referencing something that she has written in the next chapter of her Dahmer fan fic, and is just getting too involved in her own day dream.
Whatever scenario Staph has concocted then I know I'm going to enjoy it, either way.

When I read about sacred plant dietas, it mentioned shit like having long fasts, solely surviving on the plant, meditating with it, basically it's just you and plant, free of human distractions. Some people spend weeks/months of their time alone with the plant, asking it what it wants them to do.
