In addition to ODD (which I think was an excellent diagnosis) I think that Paranoid Personality Disorder should be considered for Fatrick:

I'd argue he clearly meets the diagnostic criteria of both disorders quite easily.
I would add that he's got a pretty clear cut case of severe NPD. Just like other lardass cows such as MovieBob and Fatso Jack, Fatrick has severe delusions of grandeur and instead of pretending he's a genius philosopher or cook, he likes to show himself off as a tough guy. If mistaken, it might simply be a matter of his ego being one of the few things around him that are bigger than his gunt to the point you wouldn't believe he isn't a Narcissist!
His feud with Musk is a great example of the sort of delusions Fatrick has. He made a fool of himself in front of the entirety of Twitter, so what does he do? He goes on a tard raging crusade, asking for the Government to cripple all of Musk's finances and contracts ranging around several millions of dollars, just because Musk is a manbaby. Nevermind the fact that simpler solutions such as having someone else take the reins of SpaceX could be achieved more easily, no, they have to burn that guy on a stake just to satisfy the middle aged manbaby's impotent demands!
I'm really not a fan of Musk, and with all of his retarded decisions as of late Fatrick manages to achieve a rarity, making Musk look like the more mature person in the room while Fatrick embarked on a feud with him over a single fucking tweet that didn't even come from the horse's mouth!
But he's just Scroogey enough he'll never realize it. And he'll never be capable of introspection or changing himself for the better.
What's even sadder is how on the nose Christmas Carol is, it's literally a message so lacking subtlety that children are capable of picking up on it and reflecting on themselves and it's moral. Only a narcissistic personality as fat as Pat's could be blind to it.
Guys like Fatrick never take time to reflect upon their mistakes, this is a common trait among cows. They keep doing the same shit, picking the same dumb fights with the World, never changing anything at all while wondering why the outcomes are the same. Fuck, if you think about it many cows could fix their lives if they took simple steps, MovieBob amazingly didn't burn bridges with his own family and could simply focus on spending his time with them instead of making a clown out of himself on Twitter every day, Fatso Jack could simply call it quits with his "cooking show" to salvage whatever is left of his marriage, all Chris Chan had to do was stay off the internet or just listen to the litany of advice he'd been given over the years instead of fucking his mother. Fatrick ruined his own life, nobody here came and fucked over his marriage, that was all his doing, nobody infiltrated a critics' association and bombed his book's ratings, it was all him. He won't be able to fix his past mistakes, but it isn't too late for him to build a better future for himself, which he fucking won't, twenty years from now he will be the same miserable lardass still ranting about trolls and stalkers, a metaphorical beached whale stuck on the sandbanks by it's own volition!
