I'm increasingly suspicious the more often this happens, and the more conveniently it happens for Piggy's insatiable appetite for attention. The main reason I doubt it is that I doubt Piggy is intelligent enough to do this so often without getting caught. And if it's the serial swatter we suspect it is, that's also odd because generally, the really prolific swatters don't often return to the scene of a crime because that's how you get caught.

Fire trucks always show up when there’s a medical emergency because they usually respond the fastest and the personnel have first aid training. (And because they’re usually doing nothing) There isn’t even a police car in the photo, so my guess is that whoever “swatted” Piggy called and said “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” or “I’m having a heart attack” or something of that nature.
