Narcs can almost always draw in victims. But they are even better at pushing those victims away because they can't keep the nice guy act up for long. Eventually their true self comes out and it's so nasty and off-putting to the average person that the relationship ends.

1. It is in fact illegal in many countries to order medication from a foreign nation that isn't prescribed to you.
