Imagine signing up to be an organ donor with the hope that, after your death, your body will be used to save lives, and instead your corpse gets skinned to make an axe wound "more credible" so that a delusional overweight ugly man can further indulge in his delusions of hoping that normal people look at him thinking "what a beautiful woman!".
And not only that, the aforementioned mental patient also hopes to become some sort of trans-sorcerer in old age so he can cast curses on people that have a pair of working eyes.

Imagine donating your body to science and thinking of all the wonderful new discoveries your body would make, and how it will teach future generations of scientists and doctors about the human body. Instead, you get... this.
 
Kidneys and livers I can't speak to, but my dad donating his heart was intensely traumatic for my mother. Since a heart doesn't survive for too long outside the body, you don't really donate your heart after you die, the hospital has to keep you braindead on life support until the person who'll receive it can come over, then the doctors themselves kill you by removing your still-beating heart. Maybe saving a life is worth it, you can have that discussion, but it's an utterly horrible practice either way.

That sounds like a recipe for multiple future revisions and/or infections. Which is my idea of almost literal hell. Surgery sucks. It's something to be avoided not run headfirst into laughing gleefully.

Aren't they starting to think that estrogen could be linked to the development of autoimmune disease and one of the reasons they seem so prevalent in women compared to men? Should be really educational to see what the rates of it will end up being in the tranny population.
