He is lying, either deliberately or by ignorance because:
1, he knows almost no one will fact check it
2, the alternative would make keffals look incredibly bad, harming children
The correct answer is 1, and as proof for that I posit that he and keffal fans still believe keffal was swatted in his bed while the police report clearly stated there were no swatting or assault rifles at all. Just a few uniformed ordinary police knocking on the door and calmly waiting until keffal came to the door and let them in.
