From what I can infer here, she (?) is just a fan who Keffals followed one of their gimmick accounts. Starstruck their "hero" just followed them, they told Keffals their main was pic related. Keffals saw their tweets advocating for loli hentai and told them to delete their account, then blocked them. They're essentially crying that Keffals, for once smartly, chose not to associate with someone into cartoon CP during the limelight.
