This is a big reason why men are better at being trannies. MtFs want to fetishize having a bleeding axehole, let them. FtMs who decide to get pregnant are more like the equivalent of MtFs who refuse to get the cock chop. It's usually fetish-related, with the MtFs having futa fetishes and the FtMs having mpreg fetishes.
I guarantee a good chunk of these FtMs probably used to be (or still are) fujoshis with mpreg fetishes, who decided to become one of the "uwu anime bois" they used to get off to.
