Keffals is the worst person in existence to accuse somebody of not caring about trannies. His behavior (read: grooming) is so disgusting and "activism" (read: funny updoots on bird app) is so petty and he never owns up to any of his actions, there's zero doubt many people now hate trannies because of him. If he truly cared about tranny rights he would step down and make way for a more likeable person, of course he would never do this because he's obsessed with getting attention and can't admit any wrongdoing.
