It's actually a really interesting thing going on here.

He wants to ratio whoever it is he wants to ratio, and the response is to block him. In most cases I'd say blocking is a bitch move, but in this case it could very well hamper his enjoyment of ratioing people. As there are only so many people he can claim to have "always wanted to ratio". It could just be a good idea for all these types of people to go ahead and block him. Surely he'll gain some satisfaction cause he can post the screencap of the block, but the engagement is what he's seeking and the engagement is far less on posts like that.

It's like a modern trolley problem. Either you let keffals respond and get petty satisfaction about a ratio with more updoots but keep your 'pride' or whatever, OR, you block and lessen the updoots and your own perceived pride.
