In theory, sensitivity readers are an extra level of proofreading to assure the author that they got a particular culture "right." So a white author writing about black characters would be paired with a sensitivity reader to flag any stereotypes they may not be aware of, so the author can massage the story before final release.
In practice, they are a massive protection racket given insane amounts of power by publishing houses to try to prevent a post-publication (or even pre-) cancellation of the author for daring to write imperfect minority characters. They are hired to be the "voice" of an entire race or every LGBTQ person and get full veto power over manuscripts. Sometimes they have no power and are just there for window-dressing, but then they get incensed when the author doesn't take their suggestions into account, and they post their concerned comments on Twitter to get the author cancelled anyway. The Young Adult literature community pushed for it very heavily a few years ago and now it's common practice in woke publishing.
They are Twitter mobs given institutional power.

This really show the gender imbalance in our society, aidens, have no power over gay men because well, they are gay men so they have the privilege to tell them to fuck off, since no ones care if some mentally ill women get offended or not and theses women can't do much, while with lesbians is completely diferent, they are dealing with men, so they can't tell them to fuck off without being shunned and etc... and they also have female socialization, so they are always nice and feel bad about the troons, this why we have so many handmaidens guilty trip and weaponized empathy, plus even if they did, the troon hold power and they are quickly silenced, thats why i think that its a bad thing to teach girls to be emphatic even with thoses that don't deserve, empathy must be earned, not everyone deserves empathy, sorry for the dumb sperging.
I feel that empathy in general is a bad thing, like consider the others needs over yours and help other with nothing in return, men are taught to don't care to anyone besides themselves, to always want to be the top dog and etc... they sabotage others if this means that they would get the better end of it and don't carry, i think that girls should be taught the same mentality, that would at least prevent them from being guilty trip by others.

In this article they mention the UK which has been accused by many a troon like jim sterling for literally "genociding" trans people but I live here and its the opposite, laws are being changed to protect trans people to the detriment of other groups (like women) so can anyone tell me how and where this holocaust will happen?
