Something along those lines; Hoot broke up with Zaush because he made her uncomfortable(because she decided to y'know, brush off his previous history as well as everyone and their dog who warned her that he's a bit of a creepy predator who has no concept of personal boundaries), after some back and forth nonsense, they became friends again and started lavishing each other with gift art again, were going to go to a con together, and then she apparently blocked him from all venues.

Adam "Zaush" Wan is a popular furry porn artist who has a long history of being a creep towards women and a self-important ass to everyone else. He's probably most infamous for his involvement in the FA notes leak a few years back, when it was revealed that a user (named "Ferality") had spoken with site owner Dragoneer about Zaush basically raping her and 'Neer told her to keep it quiet. This spurred other women he reportedly harassed to come foward.
He also played a major hand in FA's Project Phoenix failing. Not only did he not know much about coding, he also chased off volunteers with professional coding experience because they refused to kiss his ass.

To this day it boggles me how someone becomes "popufur". I mean with so many fucking people shitting out smut like a chinese sweatshop, you'd think people would be more discerning seeing as they have virtually infinite options.

It's more about what you draw, who you cater to, who you know, and most importantly, when you came around. The longer you've been around in the furry community, and the longer you've been producing smut, the bigger you get.

Get enough furverts to recognize your name on the tags lists on the furry imageboards and they'll start remembering you and following you.

As much as I want to believe most rebels would say "get outta here you queer" I'm sure in this day and age they'd treat the cutesy confederate flag animal as an attraction to photograph their children with. :c

Any sort sexual overtone would fly over there heads if they would one day let the confederate furry act as a photograph attraction for their kids.

I think I've actually seen that suit in person. As someone who lives in the south, I think it's pretty fucking funny.
