Update from Russian Telegram
Growing pressure on Ukraine
When a “humanitarian bombing” is carried out (the term appeared after the NATO operation in Yugoslavia), that is, a certain priority of targets for destruction:
1. Military installations
2. Administrative objects
3. Communication and broadcasting
4. Energy and industry
Until today, the Russian armed forces have mainly hit military targets. But then there were negotiations, which had no result, and already today rockets hit administrative buildings in Kharkov in the afternoon and a TV tower in Kyiv in the evening. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it will hit the technological facilities of the SBU and the 72nd main PSO center in Kyiv
Apparently, they will continue to purposefully hit government buildings and the entire telecommunications infrastructure. This will deprive the population of communication. But that will be until the day after tomorrow, when there will be a second round of negotiations.
If it is not crowned with success, it will probably be the turn of thermal power plants, thermal power plants and transformer substations. For the modern economy, the lack of electricity is a stop of all processes. Well, if the turn comes to industry, then that’s it - Serbia has not yet recovered normally.
Such times have come
