I think it has much to do with the idea "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." Traditional Christianity does frown upon transsexuality and things related to it (such as crossdressing). Since atheists tend to have a less-than-supportive attitude toward that religion, and since most transsexuals seem opposed to more traditional (i.e. Christian) ways of living, they find a common enemy to be united against. It's like more progressive-minded people being wholly supportive of Moslems, despite the abuses they inflict within their home countries. It's not Christian in nature, and is therefore good.

It's much more different nowadays.

A lot of the New Atheists got cancelled or chased out by the lefties, so they are sucking up to Christians and being all coy about their atheism to get their cash and fight the Culture War (see James Lindsay or Sargon of Akkad for examples.)

The lefties used to rail on Christianity all the time, then everyone else would say, "great, now do Islam" and they would go silent. It was easy for them to go full Culture War too as it avoided difficult questions that could get called racist if they answered with intellectual honesty.

There was a handful of amusing anti-theists that held on, but even them got sucked into critical theory bullshit. So whilst pointing out genocides being carried out by Buddhists you'd start getting lectures on white privilege creeping in.

I gave this the feels rating for all the men left behind. It's hard to be in a losing war.

It's a shame that Ukraine took them in but they can't be grateful enough to fight. It's a war where they'd be on the losing side, so if you ran from one country already (understandably since Iran is a turbo shithole) you're going to go into survival mode, shed all your beliefs, and run again. It is scummy and infuriating for both normal people and trans people (you abandoned the caaaaaause...), but staying alive is practicality.

Hear that. Not played a campaign in about 5 years because I've not been able to find a DM that prioritises the story and game over wokeshit. Haven't DM'd in about as long because the players round here are just as bad.

Im interested by your idea and trannies have a grain of truth in their delusions could you elaborate further? Also given all the screen shots listed throughout this thread I think you are being overly optimistic that the trannies discussed here have any grip on reality.
