Am I crazy or do these operations seem to have a crazy high rate of problems, how do these compared to say cosmetic surgery. Also the level of acceptable seems to vary massively you'll see absolute trainwrecks were the other posters are telling the OP how beautiful it is.
It really seems their is a code of silence were bringing up that there is an issue is seen as giving terfs ammunition. I would not be surprised if a lot of unsuccessful surgeries are just not posted at all
