His mind is wandering. All the wealth of Ukraine was built from scratch by the USSR, Ukrainean citizens are being stolen from by the oligarchs, Ukraine is being used as a puppet state by the Western powers, he will not tolerate an emerging danger on Russia's border, regular NATO excecises have obvious anti-Russian bias, etc, etc.

I never thought I'd see someone make me think Biden's senile rambling wasn't so bad, I don't need to hear a lecture about Ukraine from the dawn to time to the current day just so he can say he recongises the Donbas republics.

Marcon meet with him the other day and apparently Putin just delivered a rambling hours long history lesson to Marcon. I can't help but think this is what Putin was rambling about then as well. It's like a first-year university history lecture from an old out of touch professor.
