What I'm thinking happened is after getting his account back the first time, Patrick was probably put on some special twitter list of accounts to be extra lenient with. That's why after his second suspension, he get it back so quickly.

I'm guessing this time is get got suspended, twitter gave him his account back and then actually reviewed what he did and decided it was beyond the pale. If this is the case, he is definitely not getting it back this time.

One might even be inclined to say it is... Permanently Suspended
